This modern, beautiful, residence hall better known as New Grad is one of the newly created College House System communities with three Houses creating an exciting and vibrant community within. It is located on the southern side of the Midway but still a short walking distance from campus, and located on the bus route to easily get around campus and Hyde Park. The Houses in New Grad are close-knit communities with late night study sessions that take place in the hallway. This is also one of the few buildings that offers private bathrooms for its residents.
